We specialize in property maintenance and management for homes on Rainy Lake and the surrounding area. ​

TruNorth Properties is owned and operated by Jayme Fisher and Mike Shermoen. ​

Jayme’s background and expertise is firmly rooted in construction and how homes work. Fisher is a graduate of Rainy River Community College’s industrial maintenance program. Mike Shermoen brings more than 20 years of business experience, as well as experience in property management, rental management, and more. Both Jayme and Mike grew up on Rainy Lake and are lifelong residents of the area. They know every nook, cranny, and island that this truly north area has to offer. Their lake knowledge, coupled with construction and management experience is a fantastic benefit for all who work with TruNorth Properties.
